BPCL has established itself as the first post-consumer Bottle to Bottle PET recycling plant in Bangladesh.
Starting its operation in July 2012, BPCL has set up a plant that is capable of producing 10,500 metric tonnes (MT) of recycled PET resin per year using used PET bottles as raw materials.
Our superior European machinery transforms the post-consumer bottles into high-quality resins suitable for food related and non-food related usage. Our European machinery ensures the highly efficient decontamination of the flakes far exceeding minimum purity requirements for direct food contact.
Our operation is ISO certified and our food grade resin manufacturing machinery are FDA approved. BPCL’s has fully equipped quality testing laboratory which ensures the quality of its products and provides a test report to its customers so that they can purchase BPCL’s products with confidence.
